Scope of works included the construction for structural steelworks and reinforced concrete structure of 2-storey basements (LG2 to LG1), 4-storey podium (G/F to 3/F) and 32-storey of hotel tower (4/F-33/F JW Marriot and Ritz Carlton) and the roof.

Nominated Subcontract for Architectural Builder's Works and Finishes Package 4

Post-handover by the Structural Carcass Nominated Sub-Contractor, this contract scope of works include waterproofing works, blockwork, wet finishes, door and ironmongery works, metal works and certain fit-out works in BOH area of hotel tower (including the area of MEP plant room, staircases, pantry, lavatory, BOH lift lobby, etc.) to be carried out.

Nominated Subcontract for Structural Steelworks for Link Bridge

Scope of works included the construction of a structural steel link bridge to connect the Galaxy Phase 1 podium to Phase 2 podium. It is a double deck bridge; the overall width of this link bridge is 7.4m, the length is 25.2m.
