Ho, Marco
Marco is the founder of Ming Shun and is one of two major shareholders of the company.
He is responsible for the strategic direction and future goals of the company.
Managing Director
HO, KIM
Kim is a one of Ming Shun’s shareholders and is responsible for the company’s finance activities.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University of Western Australia.
Consultant
HO, Irene
Irene commenced her career in Ming Shun in 2013; overseeing Ming Shun’s project deliveries.
Irene holds a Master of Construction from the University of Melbourne and is an Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Vice General Manager
TAM, SENG
Seng has close to 20 years of construction industry experience. He joined Ming Shun in 2007 and has since been instrumental in the business’s success and growth. He is responsible for managing daily operations and strategic growth.
Commercial Director
CHAO, Henry
Henry has overall responsibility for all aspects of construction in the business. He has delivered a wide range of construction projects. Henry holds a Master degree of Engineering Management. He is a Registered Civil Engineer and has a safety supervisor qualification in Macau.

CHEANG, Roy
Roy has been with Ming Shun since its establishment in 2007. He first joined as a Project Manager and progressed quickly to Project Director. He is responsible for leading and delivering construction activities. Roy holds a Master degree of Engineering Management. He is a Registered Engineer in Macau.
Technical Director
SUN, ZHONGYANG
Mr. Sun has extensive experience in construction design work.
He is mainly responsible for designing and technical guidance of the method statements and temporary structural works for the company’s various projects. Mr. Sun holds a bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and a master's degree in Structural Engineering (reinforcement and reconstruction). He also holds the intermediate professional technical qualification of a Chinese Civil Engineer, the professional qualification of a Chinese First-class Constructor (major in Architectural Engineering) and the professional qualification of a Chinese First-class Constructor (major in Municipal Utilities Engineering).
