The site is located at Avenida Padre Tomás Pereira, Taipa. The dormitory, block 3. Scope of work is mainly consisted of ground floor to 5th floor, 9th floor, 13th floor, also includes fire services water tank and fresh water tank; despite of the floors above, it is also included the replacement of main fresh water pipe, renewal of the fire system and electricity supply and its control system, etc. The whole construction area is 2,940 m2 and construction period is 82 workdays.

 

Function description of each floor:

1.       Ground Floor: public and management floor, including the lobby, security room, dormitory supervising room, equipment room, activities rooms such as computer room, etc.

2.       1st to 5th, 9th Floors: students’ dormitory area, including dorm rooms, public shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, etc.

3.       Roofing and top-roof Floors: elevator machine room, fire pump and fire water tank, water supply pump and fresh water tank, etc.
