The site location is the land nearby Avenida do Nordeste, at the Lot P in Areia Preta, Macau. There are total 14 blocks of MA Level residential buildings to be built at the land of Lot P which including Lot A, Lot B, Lot C (Lot C is divided into zone C1 and C2) and the public roads for the whole Lot P Project (please refer to the attached drawing).

 

Ming Shun Construction and Property Investment Ltd. and Tat Cheong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. are formed a Joint Venture to get the contract of construction for temporary housing at Lot C (Zone C1). The scope of works for C1 section is planned to build four towers of residential buildings. The height of two building is 123.20m in 41-storey, and the height of the other two building is 148.85m in 50-storey. They all have one floor of basement. The parking lot and plant rooms located at basement. The ground floor attaches with the public bus terminal, residential entrance lobby and parking entrance, E&M plant rooms, parking lot and shops. Parking lots and shops on the 1st floors to 3rd floors, there includes landscaping platform, parking lots and residential apartments from the 4th floor to the roof; there are two floors as refuge floors at each building. The basement floor is 4.4m height, from ground floor to the 2nd floor is 3.25m height, the 3rd floor is 3.3m height, the 4th floor is 4.4m height, and the height of standard floor from 5th floor above is 2.85m. the gross floor area is about 161,800m2.
