Edificio Cheng Chong is a public housing project located in Ilha Verde, an area in the northwest of Macau peninsula. Ming Shun was awarded the main contract for the entire construction works.

Edificio Cheng Chong is composed of two high-rise buildings, 37-storey and 27-storey high. A total of 500 economic housing units are available.

The two high-rise buildings are connected via a 5-storey community podium area. Ground floor is designed as a commercial shopping area; 1/F to 3/F as a public carpark; 4/F as a office space; and 5/F as a recreational and rooftop garden area. All floors above are for residential use.
