The Construction of the Complex Academic Building of College of Humanities and Arts - Block "R" includes a 2-storey basement and 7-storey above the ground floor. The height of the building is 30.75M.

​

The construction of M.U.S.T.'s  academic building Block "O" includes a 2-storey basement and 9-storey above the ground floor. The ground level is + 5.40M, the finishing level is + 50.90M.

Phase V - Construction of Student Dormitory Block "P"

The student dormitory is 15-storey above the ground floor. The ground level is +5.50M, the finishing level is +60.5M.

Ming Shun is the main contractor of the project; the works include superstructure works, builder's works, fitting out and electrical and mechanical works.

​

Ground floor to 1/F is the carpark; and 2/F to 15/F is the student dormitory.

Construction of M.U.S.T. Library Building

​

The library building is situated in a trapezoidal site area. The library is partially 5-storey high, and partially 3 to 4 storey high. There is no basement.

Our works include superstructure works, builder's works, fitting out, electrical and mechanical works.

Aside from housing a library, the building will also include reading rooms, discussion rooms, lecture halls, computer rooms and office space.Roof top gardens are located on the 3/F, 4/F and 5/F.

Phase IV - Construction of Student Dormitory Block "M"

​

The student dormitory is 6-storey high, the G/F is 3.8m ceiling height and all other levels are 2.8m high. Ground floor to 5/F are dormitories only and provides 188 rooms.
