The project is located in Lote 6K na ZAPE, junto à Estrada de Amizade, Macau. The project aims to build a government office building and parking lot to meet the needs of the public authorities for the public office.

The project covers an area of 1,636 m2, including 11-storey of floors and 2-storey of basements. Upon completion, it will provide approximately 13,400 m2 of office area and parking. The project is expected to start in the first quarter of 2019, with a contract construction period of 688 working days.

Since the original of the site is a building with a three-storey basement and a ground floor, the project must simultaneously dismantle the existing three-storey basement and ground floor structures, and then rebuild the pile foundation, basement and superstructure of the new building.
