The project is located at Lote B4 na Nova Zona A, the site area is 10,698 m2, The works of piling foundation, three-storey basement and ground floor structure have been completed by the other contractor and handed over to Ming Shun. The remaining works such as superstructure, E&M and fitting out works are undertaken by us until the completion of the whole project.

The main works of this construction includes residential buildings (total four blocks of towers from 4th floor to 28th floor), public parking lot (three-storey basement), commercial and social facilities (ground floor to the third floor). After the completion of the buildings, it will provide a total of 1575 economic housing units with one-bed room units (T1), two-bed room units (T2) and three-bed room units (T3), and a total of 1030 parking spaces for light vehicles and motorcycles at the basement public parking lot.
