The main works of this project is the construction of public housing, with bus terminal, basement public parking lot and social facilities, etc.

 

The site area is 11,443 m2 and its gross floor area is 149,500 m2. There are 3 nos. of residential towers to be built above the podium building.  It will provide a total of 1,590 residential units with one-bed room units (T1) and two-bed room units (T2) and 800 parking spaces for light vehicles and motorcycles after the project is completed.

This is a superstructure contract and overall construction period is 724 workdays. There is a contractual milestone which the topping-up of all tower structure must be completed within 427 workdays.
