It is a residential building project located at Terreno junto u Avenida de Vale das Borboletas -Zona Industrial de Seac Pai Van  - Lote SI1. We, Ming Shun, is the Main Contractor of the foundation and superstructural works in this project which’s floor area is about 2,260 m2.

There are total 17 floors from G/F to R/F for this project. In which, the floors from G/F to 3/F belong to Podium, including 171 car parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and clubhouse facilities; there are total 217 apartment units from 4/F to 16/F in the Tower building, the types of units flat include open-plan, single-room and double-room with interior fitting out.

The project has commenced to work since February 2022, the foundation works including piling and excavation is under progress on this stage.  The works will be divided into two construction zones for podium and tower building.
