God Blessing Ceremony for Renovation Works Launching for The Inner Harbour Pier No. 8 at Rua do Dr.

The Inner Harbour Pier No. 8 is near the Inner Harbour Pier No. 16, it is a 3-storey

building of reinforced concrete structure, main structure is adopted reinforced concrete framing structure. Its foundation structure is built in the sea below and close to road, belonging to the typical hydro-structure. The building covers an area of about 1,550 m2, with a total gross floor area of about 5,000 m2. The total height of the building is 12.3 m. The main works for Pier No. 8 was completed in 1953, the building is now 64 years of history. Due to the lack of repairs at the past, but also for many years by the erosion of the sea, many existing facilities have been damaged. Now the Owner propose to renovate and renew the building and put it into use after completion, so we are commissioned to carry out the large-scale renovation of the architectural works and E&M systems for the completed main structure of the building.

The works was launching in June 22, 2017 and we also held a God Blessing ceremony at 10:30 in this morning.
