Scope of Work:

This project is a public housing design and construction project in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. This project is located in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. The project site is generally rectangular, with a land area of about 8115㎡. The total number of floors of the planned public housing is 31 above the ground and there are three basements with a total height of 102.2 meters, including three basement parking lots and an underground commercial street. The ground floor is the entrance of the parking lot, the lobby of the residential building, shops and mechanical and electrical buildings; the 1st to 2nd floors are shops and social facilities; the 3rd floor is the sky platform garden and rest area; the 2nd to 3rd floor with technical floor and the 4th to 31st floor are public housing residence.

Current Construction Progress

The project has successfully achieved structural topping-out in mid-July, marking a significant milestone made possible through the joint efforts of all stakeholders. Notably, the “Node 2” milestone was completed two months ahead of schedule. Work is now in full swing on interior finishing, exterior wall cladding, and post-construction structural engineering.

Simultaneously, interior fit-out and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works have commenced in the basement, podium, and tower zones. To date, approximately 99% of brick wall construction and 95% of plastering 90% of facade cladding have been completed.

The project is progressing smoothly and remains on track with the planned timeline. All workstreams are advancing in a well-coordinated and orderly manner.
