Actively responding to relevant calls, MING SHUN CONSTRUCTION AND PROPERTY INVESTMENT LIMITED took part in the 2025 Construction Industry Safe Construction Incentive Scheme. Jointly organised by 14 entities including the Labour Affairs Bureau of Macao, government public works departments, chambers of commerce, social groups and professional organisations, the Company has faithfully implemented safe construction concepts and fulfilled corporate responsibility with practical actions. Two of its projects were awarded in this event:

Interior Renovation Works of Government Historical Archives Building 

Bronze Award for Best Occupational Safety and Health Renovation Project

Public Housing Design and Build Project at Plot A6, New Urban Area Zone A 

Silver Award for Best Occupational Safety and Health Construction Site (Superstructure Works Group)

In accordance with the initiative promoted by the Labour Affairs Bureau of Macao, after two of its projects signed the Occupational Safety and Health Charter in 2025, the Company secured another two projects to sign the Charter during the award presentation ceremony of the 2025 Construction Industry Safe Construction Incentive Scheme held on 30 April 2026, namely:

- Interior Renovation Works of Government Historical Archives Building

- Public Housing Design and Build Project at Plot A6, New Urban Area Zone A

Award Ceremony Review

Equipped with a sound safety management system, standardised construction procedures and solid safety awareness among all staff, these honours represent high recognition of the Company’s safety management performance, as well as sincere affirmation of all staff’s commitment to safety bottom lines and dedication to work safety management.

Going forward, taking these awards as a new milestone, the Company will continue to honour its commitment to safe construction, further optimise safety management systems, enhance safety training and on-site construction supervision. It will carry out all engineering projects under higher standards and stricter requirements, adhere to the development philosophy of Safety Priority, Quality Centricity, embody corporate responsibility and professional craftsmanship, and contribute to the sound development of safe construction industry in Macao.
