Topping-out Ceremony for 『Praia Park』 (The 2nd stage)

The 2nd stage (Remaining 6 blocks of building) of Residential Development Project at Seac Pai Van CN1a-CN1b, Coloane, Macau (Building name: PRAIA PARK) was held a topping-out ceremony on April 28, 2018. The owner representatives, bank representative, project consultants and architects gathered together with our subcontractors and suppliers for attending this topping-out and God-blessing ceremony, we all pray for the whole project going smoothly.

At present, the R.C. structure of 12 blocks of residential buildings for the whole project has been fully topping out. The interior ABWF and exterior wall works of the first stage (the first 6 blocks) have been carried out as schedule, The fitting out works for basement and podium (including the platform garden and Club House) has been started. The progress of the project has another significant further step.
