「Praia Park」Residential project at Seac Pai Van CN1a-CN1b, Coloane- Progress Status

As the larger-scale private residential projects in Macau currently, the external wall of the first 6 Towers have been completed, the works of external wall for the last 6 towers are also coming to an end, and we plan to finish all the scaffolding dismantling works of the exterior wall no later than mid-October or late October. It is worth noting that the design and quality of exterior wall in this project is undamaged even though Typhoon “Mangkhut” have crossed.

Mentioning interior fitting out works of the towers, most of the plastering works have been already done, now the kitchen cabinets have been delivered to the site one after another, or under installation. Timber flooring is also awaiting to be carried out afterward.

The fitting out works for the Landscaping Garden and Clubhouse on the 3rd floor is under construction on a large scale as scheduled.

The wall painting works of the carpark area on the basements and podiums are carried out on progress. Subsequently, construction and advance preparation works of the carpark flooring paint system will be set about.
