「Praia Park」Residential Project - Progress Status

The overall works for the residential project「Praia Park」has been substantially completed before the Lunar New Year. After the Spring Festival, we speeded up the connection works of utilities (including underground drainage, fresh water supply and power cable duct…etc.). Facilities for the clubhouse, swimming pool and landscaping on the podium deck located at 3/F are also synchronized. Under the great assistance of the Developer, residential floors are started the final cleaning, taking defects before handover. Aiming to shorten the time for OP and handover inspection, E&M systems of the public area have also been the T&C and we expected to provide the best products to the Developer and end users as soon as possible.
