「Praia Park」Residential Project - Progress Status

The overall construction of 「Praia Park」project has been totally completed. With the Developer’s great assist, the project was successfully one-time passed the fire services inspection in May 2019 and building acceptance of Macau Government DSSOPT Department in July 2019. Now the site is entering to final stage, i.e. final cleaning and defects rectification works in order to shorten the time for the Buyers’ building inspection and the Developer ’s handover procedures in the future. We expect to consign the best finished product to the Developer and Buyers as soon as we could.
