Januário – Public Health Specialty Building – Superstructure Work" undertaken by Ming Shun construction and property investment limited is on schedule completed, and the provisional reception record was signed on May 27, 2023, and it is expected to be put into use as soon as possible. The project is located in the southwest of Hospital S. Januário, between Estr.de Sao Francisco Road and Estr.do Visc.de Sao Januario Road, with a site area of about 5,700 square meters, eight floors (including the ground floor), and a maximum building height of about 35 Point six meters. There are 80 standard single isolation wards, operating room area, laboratory, observation room, X-ray room, CT scanning room and mechanical and electrical equipment floors, etc.; and there are pedestrian bridges and underground passages connecting the Hospital S.
