Project Introduction:

This project is located in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area，with a lot area of about 8,115 square meters, a building height of 97.05 meters, and a total construction area of about 98,596 square meters. It is planned to build public housing with public parking, social facilities and commercial use, and to be constructed by design and construction.

The project has a total of 2 towers with a height grade of MA, and plans to build 32 floors above ground (including ground floor) and 3 underground floors of public housing, providing a total of 1,064 units (including 812 T1 units, 224 T2 units, 28 T3 units), 315 car parking spaces and 348 motorcycle parking spaces.

This project includes overall design, foundation, basement soil covering and excavation, reinforced concrete main structure, indoor and outdoor decoration, various professional mechanical and electrical installation and other processes. The tower will be constructed in an environmentally friendly manner (assembled prefabricated parts and metal formwork) as required in the tender. The total duration of the contract is 1036 working days.

Current Progress:

Drilling has been completed at the site and construction of temporary facilities is currently underway; The preliminary study plan (draft rules), foundation plan, excavation and soil support plan of the project have been submitted and are awaiting approval.
