Scope of Work:

This project is located in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. This project is a public housing design and construction project in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. This project is located in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. The project site is generally rectangular, with a land area of about 8115㎡. The total number of floors of the planned public housing is 31 above the ground and there are three basements with a total height of 102.2 meters, including three basement parking lots and an underground commercial street. The ground floor is the entrance of the parking lot, the lobby of the residential building, shops and mechanical and electrical buildings; the 1st to 2nd floors are shops and social facilities; the 3rd floor is the sky platform garden and rest area; the 2nd to 3rd floor with technical floor and the 4th to 28th floor is a public housing residence.

Current Progress:

The project is currently in the design stage. The preliminary research plan, foundation plan, foundation pit excavation and retaining support plan, and environmental impact assessment report have been submitted one after another, pending the approval of the owner. The steel sheet pile construction and the first stage of excavation have been carried out on site, and the trial pile test has been completed and passed the test. After the design plan is approved, the pile foundation construction will be carried out in an all-round way.
