“Construction of Public Housing at Avenida de Venceslau de Morais - Superstructure Work”

Project Status as of January 2023

Scope of Work:

This project is one part of the public housing construction project under the Macao Public Works Bureau, and our Company is the general contractor of the project. After the project is completed, there will be a three-story basement parking lot and three residential towers. Tower I has a two-story podium with floors 3 to 32 as residential floors; Tower II has a three-story podium with floors 4 to 34 as residential floors; Tower III has a three-story podium with floors 4 to 23 as the residential floors. These 3 towers provide a total of 1,590 units, with 885 T1 type apartments and 705 T2 type apartments. T1 type 885, T2 type 705.

Current Progress:

The construction of the project started on December 30, 2021. At present, the structural construction of the podium and transfer floors of each building has been completed. The structure construction of the tower buildings is now in progress. Tower I is divided into two construction areas, and Tower II is divided into three construction areas, and Tower III has one construction area.

The structure construction of towers I has reached the 26th floor, The structure construction of towers II has reached the 22nd floor and that of tower III has been capped, and the roof water tank structure is currently being worked on. The overall structure is expected to be completed on July , 2023.

At present, the interior decoration work of these three towers is

in progress. The plastering work of Tower I has reached the 20th floor, that of Tower II has reached the 15th floor, and that of Tower III has reached the 21st floor.

This project is estimated to be completed on July 11, 2024.
