Construction of Public Housing at Avenida de Venceslau de Morais - Superstructure Work

Scope of Work:

This project is one part of the public housing construction project under the Macao Public Works Bureau, and our Company is the general contractor of the project. After the project is completed, there will be a three-story basement parking lot and three residential towers. Tower I has a two-story podium with floors 3 to 32 as residential floors; Tower II has a three-story podium with floors 4 to 34 as residential floors; Tower III has a three-story podium with floors 4 to 23 as the residential floors. These 3 towers provide a total of 1,590 units, with 885 T1 type apartments and 705 T2 type apartments. T1 type 885, T2 type 705.

Current Progress:

This project started construction on December 30, 2021, and successfully completed the structural capping on April 18, 2023. At present, indoor decoration and mechanical and electrical work on the basement floor have been carried out on the construction site, and the demolition of the tower's outer shed is also in progress simultaneously.

Among them, the rough decoration work such as muddy water painting and other parts from basement one to basement three has been basically completed. The follow-up plan will be to carry out the installation work of ceramic tiles, fire doors, blinds, lighting fixtures, etc. in the machine rooms and public logistics stair areas on all basement floors and podiums in November.

For the tower, interior decoration, exterior wall decoration (painting) and mechanical and electrical engineering are being carried out in an orderly and simultaneous manner. So far, the overall progress of the mud and water rough decoration project is about 90% completed. At present, the interior decoration of each tower has been fully carried out, including interior wall painting, floor tile paving, artificial stone installation, wooden and iron doors, iron gates, kitchen cabinets, aluminum windows, stair guardrails, etc.; exterior wall finishes ( Painting), expansion joint gluing, and external iron installation work are also in the intensive stage; then each outer shed will be gradually dismantled in layers.

For the electromechanical engineering part of the site, the overall installation progress has been 65% completed, and the first phase of commissioning of each system is planned to begin in March next year.

Overall, most sub-projects of the project are being carried out in an orderly manner and progress is on track.

The expected completion date of this project is July 27, 2024.
