Scope of Work:

This project is located in Lot B4 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. It is planned to build a public housing building with 29 floors above ground and three underground floors. This project is the Superstructure work of the building. The lot area of this project is about 10,698 square meters, and the height of the building is 86.45 meters, with a total construction area of 153,088 square meters. The basement three floors will be a public parking lot, providing 498 car parking spaces and 532 motorcycle parking spaces. The ground floor to the second floor will be served as residential lobbies/shops/social facilities. And the third floor is a podium garden. From the 4th to 28th floors, it will be the residential floors, which provides 1575 apartments (including 400 T1 apartments, 525 T2 apartments, and 650 T3 apartments).

This project includes the main structure of reinforced concrete, the indoor and outdoor decoration, and various professional electromechanical installations etc.

The contract start date is March 7, 2022, and the completion date is: September 9, 2024; currently the project is mainly in the structural construction phase.

Project structure current progress:

Block I: The projects from ground floor to 19F of the tower building have been completed, and the structural engineering of the machine room floor is in progress;

Block II: The ground floor to the tower room floor has been completed, and the water tank layer structure project is in progress;

Block III: The ground floor to the tower room floor has been completed, and the water tank layer structure project is in progress;

Block IV: The ground floor to the tower room floor has been completed, and the water tank layer structure project is in progress.

Current progress of the project sludge:

Block I: During the interior renovation of the tower building, the working surface has reached 17F;

Block II: During the interior renovation of the tower building, the working surface has reached 27F;

Block III: During the interior renovation of the tower building, the working surface has reached 28F;

Block IV:During the interior renovation of the tower building, the working surface has reached 28F;
