Construction of Temporary Housing for Lot C (Zone C1) at Lot P Areia Preta-progress status

This project is one of the Construction of Temporary Housing at Lot P belonging to Macau Urban Renewal Limited, it plans to have a basement car park, 4 floors of podium and 4 blocks of residential tower buildings when the works are totally completed.

The project has officially started construction in mid-July 2021, and the inspection and testing works for the existing old piles on site have completed in mid-September 2021. At this stage, the works of new bored pile foundation and PHC tube-pile are under construction.
