Construction of the Office Building for Public Administration in Lot 25 at NAPE

Scope of Work:

This project is located in Lot 25 at NAPE, covering an area of 6480 square meters. It is planned to construct two government office buildings with 12 floors and 17 floors respectively, and a 3-story basement parking lot. And the building will be used by government departments as offices.

The scope of work of this contract includes pile foundation, excavation and basement retaining support, and the construction of reinforced concrete structures from basement three to ground floor slabs. The pile foundation of this project will use the bored weight injection piles: with 24 piles of the 1.5-meter diameter, 26 piles of the 2.0-meter diameter, and 50 piles of the 2.5-meter diameter. The basement retaining adopts the steel pipe pile wall with a diameter of 508mm in the H-beam supporting method. Apart from the steel pipe pile, a water-stop curtain will be applied. At the bottom of the foundation pit, a high-pressure jetting pile with a diameter of 800mm will be attached for the soil improvement. The basement structure is mainly reinforced concrete structure.

Current Progress:

The project is currently progressing as scheduled and the overall project completion rate is approximately 64.5%. As of mid-October, all bored pile projects (100%), 416 steel pipe piles (82.0%), 2,435 high-pressure jet grouting piles (60.4%), and 235 water-stop curtain drills have been completed. holes (32.4%) and the construction of 55 steel columns (12.0%). This project is scheduled to be completed in October 2024 as scheduled.
