Scope of Work:

The Project is located in Zone E of the new urban landfill area, and the work includes the construction of viaducts from Avenida Wai Long and the maritime terminal Pac On to the Macau-Taipa Fourth Bridge, as well as the reorganization of the sewage and road networks on its periphery, with a construction area about 44,500m2. In order to coordinate the relocation of the electricity network in the area, the construction works will be carried out in two phases. The first phase includes the construction of viaducts from Avenida Wai Long and the maritime terminal Pac On to the Macau-Taipa Fourth Bridge, access ramp to the maritime terminal, a part of the airport access ramp, as well as the road reorganization of the Estrada de Pac On and Pac On Roundabout. The second phase will cover the execution of the remaining part of the airport access ramp, as well as the road reorganization of the north line of Av. Wai Long.

Current Progress:

In the first phase, all works from the Estrada de Pac On and Pac On Roundabout have been completed. The project is currently undergoing the second phase of construction. The construction of all structures of the airport ramp bridge (including pile foundations, piers, and steel box girders) has been completed. The construction of bridge ancillary facilities is in progress; the road realignment of the northbound line of Avenida Wai Long is in progress. , including relocation of trees, relocation of pipelines in cooperation with the franchised company, reconstruction of sewers, repaving of sidewalks, repaving of lanes, etc., approximately 95% of the overall road work on the northbound line has been completed; it is planned to start the reconstruction of the southbound side of Avenida Wai Long within this month Construction of sewers, repaving of driveways and greenbelts under bridges.
