Project Scope:
This project is one section of the temporary housing project at Lot P, owned by Macau Urban Renewal Limited. Upon completion, the project will include one basement parking level, a four-story podium, and four residential towers with heights of 41 and 50 stories, respectively. The basement level will consist of a parking garage and utility rooms. The ground floor will house a public bus terminal, residential lobbies, parking entrances, mechanical and electrical rooms, and commercial spaces. Floors 1 to 3 will be dedicated to parking and commercial spaces. The 4th floor to the top floors of each building will feature residential green terraces and residential units. Additionally, there will be two fire refuge floors. The total construction area of the building is approximately 161,800 square meters.
Current Progress:
By July 2024, all project teams and personnel for the temporary housing project in Heisha Huan C1 are making a final push towards completion. The construction, interior decoration, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works of the residential tower have been substantially completed, and final inspections are being scheduled. The remaining work on the podium levels, including the parking lot, bus station, and platform garden, is in its final stages. The last section of the external scaffolding is expected to be dismantled by early August 2024.
Regarding the MEP system tests, fire linkage tests for all systems began in early July, and the comprehensive system trial runs are planned to be completed by mid-August 2024. Based on the current progress, it is expected that the C1 temporary housing project will meet the acceptance criteria of the Fire Services Bureau and the Public Works Bureau by the end of August 2024.
