Project Work Overview

This project is for the design and construction of public housing at Lot A6 in Zone A of the New Urban Area. The project site is generally rectangular with a land area of approximately 8,115 square meters. The planned public housing will have a total of 31 floors above ground and three basement levels, with a total height of 102.2 meters. The three basement levels will consist of a parking garage and an underground commercial street. The ground floor will include the parking entrance, residential building lobby, shops, and mechanical and electrical rooms. Floors 1 to 2 will be dedicated to shops and social facilities. The third floor will feature a sky garden and recreational area, with a technical floor between the second and third floors. Floors 4 to 28 will be for public housing residences.

Project Current Progress：

The design plan for this project is being submitted and approved in an orderly manner according to the on-site progress. With the efforts and support of the owner, supervisor, and design teams, the basement construction plan has been approved, and the podium construction plan has been submitted for approval. Meanwhile, the entire construction plan is continuously being coordinated and optimized with various departments.

The excavation and retaining support work for the foundation pit has been fully completed. The installation of crane TC2 has been completed, marking the project's full transition into the structural construction phase. Currently, over 60% of the concrete structure for the third basement's pile caps and foundation slab has been completed. It is expected that all pile caps and foundation slabs will be completed by the end of July this year, immediately followed by the construction of the second basement structure, and pushing forward towards the first milestone of completing the ground floor structure.
