Construction Project No. 39/2011 - "Public Housing Construction Project at Lot B4, Zone A of the New Urban Area - Superstructure Works"

This project is located at Lot B4 in Zone A of the New Urban Area, Macau. It involves the construction of a public housing complex with 29 floors above ground and three basement levels. The project focuses on the superstructure of the public housing.

The site area is approximately 10,698 square meters, with a building height of 86.45 meters and a total construction area of 153,088 square meters. The three basement levels will serve as public parking, providing 499 car parking spaces and 558 motorcycle parking spaces. The ground floor to the second floor will feature residential lobbies, commercial spaces, and social facilities. The third floor will include a platform garden, and floors 4 to 28 will be residential levels, offering a total of 1,575 units (including 400 T1 units, 525 T2 units, and 650 T3 units).

This project includes reinforced concrete main structure construction, interior and exterior decoration, and various MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations.

The contract commencement date was March 7, 2022, and the project completion date is September 26, 2024. The main structure construction was completed in July 2023 (Milestone 1). Currently, the interior decoration of the residential units has entered the acceptance stage, and the rooftop landscaping, MEP installations, and elevator installations are progressing smoothly and are in full swing.

At present, the progress of the masonry and interior decoration works is about 99%, and the progress of the MEP installations is also about 99%. The overall progress is on schedule, with plans to conduct the fire inspection in August.
