Scope of Work:

This project (Tender C1), one part of the temporary housing project in Areia Preta Lot P owned by Macau Urban Renewal Limited, comprises the construction of two 41-storey-high and two 50-storey-high residential towers of temporary housing units. After the whole Lot P project is completed, there will be a basement parking lot, a four-storey group building and four residential towers. The basement first floor is the parking lot and the equipment rooms; the ground floor is used for the bus terminal, residential lobbies and parking lot entrance, mechanical and electrical rooms and shops; the first to third floors are used for the parking lots and shops; the fourth floor to the top floors of each building are the green platform and residential floors respectively; there will also be two refuge floors. The total construction area of the buildings is about 161,800 square meters.

Current Progress:

As of December 2022, the project has completed the construction of the basement floor structure. At present, the four towers are all based on the residential towers and the main structure is built upwards. The first tower is currently undergoing structural construction on the second floor, and the second tower is undergoing structural construction on the ground floor, and the third and fourth towers are currently undergoing structural construction on the ground floor and the second floor. According to the current construction plan, the structural transfer floor is expected to be completed in May 2023, and the topping of the main structure of the tower is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.

On the other hand, in order to promote the coherence among the various processes and ensure the effective practice of streamlined construction, along with the construction of the main structure, the follow-up construction, decoration and electromechanical system engineering have already carried out preliminary design deepening and drawing preparation work , Key tasks such as the optimization of the comprehensive pipeline of the electromechanical system and the deepening design of the exterior wall system engineering are also proceeding as planned, making preparations in advance for the next stage of work.
