Construction Works of Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone

Project Status as of August 2022

Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, with an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

The project started on February 23, 2022. At present, the foundation is under construction. And the site will be divided into two construction areas: the podium and the tower. One tower crane will be used in this project and one passenger hoist will be used as the main vertical transportation equipment. The overall structure is expected to be completed on February 21, 2023. At present, part of the main structure works of the podium building is under construction, and the renovation of the podium and tower buildings is expected to be gradually carried out by the end of November 2022.
