"Empreitada de Construção de Edifício Público no Lote 6K na ZAPE"- Progress Status

Topping out of the whole structural works has been completed in early August 2020, the overall progress of the whole project is 82%. Meanwhile, the construction has entered into its peak. For the interior works, wet trades such as plastering and painting have been basically completed in October 2020. The works of E&M systems and dry trades such as joinery, steelworks…etc. were under final fixing works, those works are targeted to complete before end of December 2020.

For the façade works, the installation of windows and aluminum panels are on progress, the whole façade works are divided into 3 zones and will complete in top-down sequence. We expected the completion of the E&M utilities works should be January of 2021.

In accordance with current construction progress, it is planned that the sectional inspection and acceptance procedures of the pre-stage works completion will be carried out in February 2021 and the inspection of the fire services system will be completed in March 2021, and we targeted to handover the whole project in April 2021.
