Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, covering an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

The project started construction on February 23, 2022, and the structural capping was successfully completed as scheduled on April 28, 2023. At present, decoration and electromechanical projects have entered the final sprint stage. The rough decoration work and exterior wall work are basically completed; the exterior wall scaffolding will be completely dismantled by the end of this month; about 85% of the fine decoration project is completed, and about 90% of the overall electromechanical project has been completed. %, and the debugging work of each electromechanical system is in progress.

Overall, all sub-projects of this project have entered the final stage according to the contract schedule; the site will meet the fire protection acceptance conditions in late December, and will enter the completion acceptance stage after the fire protection acceptance is passed.
