Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, covering an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

All foundation works of this project have been completed. At present, the structural works of the transfer floor on the third floor of the podium is currently under construction. The structural works of the podium building are expected to be completed in December 2022, followed by the structural works of the tower building, which is expected to be completed in March 2023. And the total project is expected to be completed in December 2023.
