Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, covering an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

All podium structure engineering works of this project have been completed, the structural engineering construction of the 6th floor of the tower is currently underway, and the tower structural engineering is expected to be completed in May 2023. The pre-embedding of mud and water and curtain wall parts of the podium has already started. The construction of the tower model room is planned to start in February 2023 and is expected to be completed in April 2023. The total project is expected to be completed in December 2023.
