Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, covering an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

Construction of the project commenced on 23 February 2022 and the structural capping will be successfully completed on 28 April 2023 as scheduled, leaving the roof superstructure.

Interior decoration, mechanical and electrical engineering are all in order; Exterior wall work is already being measured and unwinded, and slurry water work will also begin at the end of this month.

About 40% of the muddy water works in the interior renovation works have been completed, of which 95% of the 4F sample room decoration has been completed, and all the sample room work will be completed by May 10. Dry work followed, including: painting, marble stone, wooden doors, iron doors, cabinets, aluminum window works... and so on work; The sky surface project has been deepened and the plan has been approved, and it is planned to be carried out in mid-May; The overall mechanical and electrical engineering has been completed by 40%, and the commissioning work and linkage testing of various systems are planned to be carried out in an orderly manner in October this year.

On the whole, all sub-projects of this project are progressing in an orderly manner and the progress is normal.

The project is expected to be completed on January 10, 2024.
