Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, covering an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

Construction of the project commenced on 23 February 2022 and the structural topping has been successfully completed on April 28, 2023 as scheduled.

Interior decoration, mechanical and electrical engineering are in progress in an orderly manner. Among them, 50% of the external wall work has been completed, the tower crane (Libra) has been dismantled, and the external wall scaffolding is also planned to be dismantled in late August; about 80% of the interior rough decoration work has been completed; the hard decoration project window glass installation and painting work have begun 60% completed, ceiling 70% completed; installation of cabinets began in early August, doors and wooden floors began at the end of August. The overall mechanical and electrical engineering has been completed by 65%, and it is planned to carry out the commissioning and linkage testing of various systems in an orderly manner in October this year.

On the whole, all sub-projects of this project are proceeding in an orderly manner, and the progress is normal; the overall project plans to complete all large-scale operations in mid-November, fire protection acceptance in mid-December, and completion acceptance at the end of January next year.
