Project Status as of April 2025


Scope of Work:

This project is a public housing design and construction project in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. This project is located in Lot A6 in Zone A of the new urban landfill area. The project site is generally rectangular, with a land area of about 8115㎡. The total number of floors of the planned public housing is 31 above the ground and there are three basements with a total height of 102.2 meters, including three basement parking lots and an underground commercial street. The ground floor is the entrance of the parking lot, the lobby of the residential building, shops and mechanical and electrical buildings; the 1st to 2nd floors are shops and social facilities; the 3rd floor is the sky platform garden and rest area; the 2nd to 3rd floor with technical floor and the 4th to 31st floor are public housing residence.


Current Project Progress:

The construction plan for this project was approved in December 2024, marking the commencement of the full-scale construction phase.

The basement and podium structures have been completed, and the tower structure is currently under construction. The tower structure adopts a prefabricated component system and metal formwork. After coordination and adjustments during the construction of the first three floors, and through the joint efforts of all parties involved, the project has successfully entered the planned construction schedule. By mid-April 2025, construction has reached the 15th floor, with efforts underway to complete Milestone 2 (structural topping-out) ahead of schedule.

With steady progress in structural construction, interior works including plastering, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installation and door/window frame installation began successively in March of the same year. The tower's show units have also been completed and have preliminarily passed inspections and approvals from relevant parties.

Overall project progress remains satisfactory, aligning with planned targets, and all tasks are advancing in an orderly manner.
