Scope of Work:

This project is the construction works of the residential building in Lot SI1 in Seac Pai Van Industrial Zone in the land adjacent to Avenida de Vale das Borboletas. And the Company is the general contractor responsible for the foundation and superstructure of this project, covering an area of 2260 square meters. The building has a total of 17 floors, of which the ground floor to 3/F is a podium building, including 171 private parking spaces, 44 motorcycle parking spaces, shops and club facilities. From 4/F to 16/F, it is a tower building, with a total of 217 apartments. In terms of the apartment layout, it has furnished residential studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments.

Current Progress:

The project began construction on February 23, 2022, and was successfully completed as scheduled on February 10, 2024. On February 26, 2024, the cadastral office completed the re-survey of the street lines and coordinates. On February 16, 2024, the Municipal Affairs Bureau completed the acceptance of the public sewer network connection. The elevator registration E2 was approved by the Public Works Bureau on February 10, 2024, and March 19, 2024. The fire inspection was successfully completed on May 9, 2024. Following the aforementioned series of conditions, the project has now confirmed the final inspection date as July 23, 2024. If the inspection passes smoothly, the project will be successfully concluded.
